After investigating the heritage of motor racing in Bexhill, it was felt that there was not enough reference to this significant piece of local history for those new to the area.

A festival was created that celebrates the history of British Motor Racing in Bexhill. The shapes of the famous Bexhill Serpollet car have been used with colour swatches from the Bexhill Racing Museum and other racing memorabilia from the area to create three posters for the festival.

With the feeling of dynamic speed and motion, the posters are a contemporary look at the town of Bexhill-on-Sea whilst trying to evoke some nostalgia of the town’s rich racing heritage.
